Brave-Protect: How to Claim

HOW TO CLAIM:

As simple as 1,2,3..!

  • Step 1 – Get treatment.
    Visit any registered vet in South Africa and pay the bill.
  • Step 2 – Submit your claim.
    Send your paid invoice, claim form, and any relevant documents to braveprotect@msd.com.
  • Step 3 – Get reimbursed.
    You’ll receive a claim number, and a valid claim will be settled a.s.a.p.

TIPS FOR EFFICIENT CLAIMS!

  • In clear view: Ensure photos and copies of documents are clear and sharp, with all text fully visible. Ensure there are no staples or clips, and no folds or marks.
  • Proper format: Please attach all documents in a single email whenever possible, regardless of whether they are PDF, JPEG, or PNG files.
